I'm writing to invite you to join us for a forum to follow up on some of the issues that were raised when we met with you back in May.  We have some solutions to propose and also want to give you an opportunity to ask questions or discuss any issues that have arisen since we last met.

Here are the details:

WHAT:  Current Physics PhD International Student Follow-up Forum
WHY:  To discuss international student-relevant issues
WHEN:  Thursday, December 1, 1:00-1:30pm
WHO:  Current Physics PhD International Students, Mark Eriksson, Kevin Black, Sharon Kahn
WHERE:  4274 CH

NOTE:  We've set this time/day as it is one of the rare times that Mark and Kevin are both available.  If this doesn't work for you, please reach out and let me know.  If I hear from a large number of people, we'll go back to the calendar and see if we can find another option.
