From rjjoynt at wisc.edu Tue Nov 10 13:49:52 2020 From: rjjoynt at wisc.edu (ROBERT J JOYNT) Date: Tue, 10 Nov 2020 19:49:52 +0000 Subject: [mspqc] Research Message-ID: Dear MSPQC students: A number of you have expressed interest in getting involved in research starting in the spring semester. This is optional - you can do just regular course work if you wish. We will organize the research by forming teams of 2 students that will work together with a faculty member on a project. You can get credit for it by doing the project as part of Physics 799. I'll be sending out a list of possible projects in a week or so. This note is mostly so that you can start planning your courses for the spring. Good luck, Bob J Robert Joynt MS-Physics-Quantum Computing Program Director Professor and Associate Chair for Alumni Affairs Department of Physics University of Wisconsin-Madison 1150 University Avenue Madison, WI 53706 Ph.
