This message is specifically useful for those who have recently graduated from the program (if you are graduating in an upcoming semester, this information won?t be useful right now but in the future). As a reminder, here are the list of things to do this week: A FEW TO-DO ITEMS 1. Please return your keys for the MSPQC workspace and desk to Elizabeth in 2320E Chamberlin Hall 2. If you attended graduation, please return your gown and hood (you may keep the hat and tassel) for your graduation gown rental to Elizabeth at 2320E Chamberlin Hall 3. If you did not attend the ceremony or already pick up your graduation gift, please stop by Elizabeth?s office in 2320E Chamberlin Hall to get your diploma frame ? Here are some additional details and considerations: KEY RETURN Keys can be returned in person or mailed to: UW Department of Physics 2320 Chamberlin Hall 1150 University Ave. Madison, Wi 53706 RECEIVING YOUR DIPLOMA According to the Registrar resources, your diploma will be mailed to your home address in your student center. It looks like you have a home address listed in Indiana and a mailing address listed that is the same as you sent in your previous email. You may request your diploma to be mailed to an address other than your home address by adding a diploma address in your student center. Here is a link with instructions on how to do that: https://kb.wisc.edu/registrar/4126#email You must do this no later than the degree conferral date for Summer 2023, which is August 27, 2023. Diplomas are mailed after the degree conferral date and you should expect to see it in the mail in about 6-8 weeks from that date. Congratulations, again, on your graduation! I will follow-up again in another email once I receive the graduation photo link from the photographer. In the meantime, please reach out with additional questions.
