Dear all,
Charis (in cc) has kindly set up our TAC-HEP webpage
using the IRIS-HEP page as inspiration.
She has also put some instructions at
https://uwcms.github.io/tac-hep/docs for adding/editing team member and
student pages.
It would be great if you could please add your information, perhaps a
short bio and then your computational HEP related interests in your team
member page.
Charis has also added info there related to this semester's training.
@Pete: could you (or Henry) please add the software engineering course
info. Thanks.
We have a progress report due April 1st and I plan to include the
website link in there. Therefore, it would be great if your info is
there by then. Please feel free to make additions, improvements etc. It
is meant to be collaborative!
If you encounter any issues or have questions, please let Charis know.
Many thanks and best regards,
Tulika

Hi,
Excellent!
Charis, could you add me as a collaborator? Can I take a pass at updating
a few things (that we updated in the HSF-India website, but aren't
backported to the IRIS-HEP one)? Plus I can add myself, Rafael and Verena
from there. (Plus Isobel/Jim.)
Do we want tac-hep.org? I can set that up if we do.
cheers,
Peter

Dear Peter,
You should be added now as a collaborator! Let me know in case you need any additional/different type of access level. Also, feel free to add members, make any update and improvements you think are necessary!

Sure that would be great! Many thanks for suggesting to take care of this. Let me know if there is something I should do from our side to have this set-up.
Kindest Regards,
Charis

Hi Pete, Stephane, all,
As mentioned before, we have our TAC-HEP progress report due on April 1st.
The overleaf link is at
As discussed with some of you already, I am waiting for text related to:
Section 1: summer program, upcoming training modules, evaluation
Section 2: Products: I have added website, please feel free to add
additional items
Section 3: we need information here from Princeton and UMass - listing
of all the students and their projects and any personnel that has worked
at least 1 person month on the project. also collaborators etc.
Section 4: Impact statement: I'll work on some generic statements
tomorrow (Wednesday) but if you have input there, I'd welcome it.
Section 5: I need carryover amounts and accompanying statements from
Princeton/UMass.
I plan to submit the progress report at the latest on Friday night US time.
Please note that we don't need to work on formatting of the document
since the info gets submitted into a form in PAMS.
Thanks for your help.
Best, Tulika
