MSPQC Office & Keys

Hello MSPQC students, If you are graduating this summer, I wanted to touch base with you about your office space in 4274 Chamberlin. Is it cleaned out or do any of you still have personal belongings in your office or desk? If you are still in Madison, I am happy to retrieve any items for you and deliver them to you. If you are not in Madison, we can work together to figure out a way to get your items back to you. I would appreciate your response either way to this email so that we are sure you have everything you need. Also, for those finishing up after summer 2020, we will need your office and desk keys returned. Please mail them back to my attention in Chamberlin Hall. I've included the mailing address in my email signature below. Feng & Reid, you are welcome to keep your belongings in the office (and your keys) as you will have the same desk this fall as I know you will be continuing in the MSPQC program this fall. Graduation Info & Survey Response Needed

Hello MSPQC Students, Graduation is around the corner for many of you and we wanted to share some updated information. The virtual graduation invitation is attached to this email for you to share with family and friends. The website contains all of the updated information as well. https://www.physics.wisc.edu/graduate/mspqc-current-students/mspqc-graduati… In order to prepare for the graduation celebration, please fill out this brief survey by Friday, July 24th. https://uwmadison.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_0DjKUYWLoRBg2Ox Your timely response is critical to getting the graduation cap and gown mailed directly to you in time for the ceremony. There is no cost to you for the cap and gown-the program will cover this cost for all of our graduates. All of the other information should be straight forward and easy to answer. Chancellor's Statement & ISS Updates

Good Morning Physics Grad Students, (CC Physics Faculty) As you may be aware, Chancellor Blank issued a statement regarding the July 6th guidance from the Student and Exchange and Visitor Program (SEVP) regarding F-1 international student enrollment for Fall 2020. International Student Services (ISS) has also issued an update about what they know at this time. There is also an ISS information session for international students on Thursday, July 9th from 8-9am.
