Hello MSPQC Students,
Please join me in welcoming Jackson Kennedy to our student services team here in the Department of Physics. Jackson will be the new graduate program coordinator for the MS Physics-Quantum Computing (MSPQC) program and assist with aspects of the Ph.D. program as well. He will arrive virtually on Monday, January 25th and I know he is very excited to begin working with all of you! He will eventually be in the main office (2320 Chamberlin Hall) and can be reached at jckennedy3(a)wisc.edu. I will also add him to our MS Teams group if you want to connect with him on there.
Below is a message from Jackson about his background.
"Hello! I recently graduated with my master’s degree from the University of Iowa, I completed my undergraduate studies at Michigan State University and, although I have been a Spartans fan my entire life, I am incredibly excited to join the Badger family and cheer on the Cardinal and White! I’m originally from Lansing, Michigan and I love biking, reading about collegiate history, and hiking with my wife through the natural beauty of the Midwest."
Feel free to contact Jackson if you have any questions about MSPQC.
Thanks!
Michelle
