If you set the previous one up on your own computer, you should update the driver. One way to do that is to remove the old printer entry and create a new one. Printer hostname: ricoh-3309.physics.wisc.edu (no change) New printer model: Ricoh IM 5000 New driver: http://support.ricoh.com/bb/html/dr_ut_e/rc3/model/im2500/im2500.htm New finisher model: SR3280 Let me know if you have any trouble with the new printer.
