Hello (again) MSPQC Students!

I’ve received some questions about diplomas in the last couple of weeks.  So, if you’ve recently graduated, this information is for you.

This is what I know about diplomas:

  1. Diplomas will be mailed 6-8 weeks from the end of the semester (6-8 weeks from about August 15 when grades posted).
  2. Diplomas are mailed to the Home address listed in Student Center. If students want their diploma mailed to a different address, they should add a Diploma address in Student Center.
  3. Here’s a helpful page with links to additional information about diplomas:

If you need a degree verification letter, you can request that through Academic Records in your Student Center (PDF file).  If you need a hard copy, you should contact the registrar at restirar@em.wisc.edu

Please reach out with any additional questions.

All Best,
