[mspqc] Introducing Sarah Parker, HQAN and quantum program outreach manager

Dear Physics faculty, staff, and grad students,

Please welcome Sarah Parker to the department as the quantum science outreach program manager. Sarah has a BS in physics from UW–Stevens Point and an MS in physics from the University of Missouri. She also brings along extensive and exciting physics and astronomy outreach experience. She’ll be mostly involved with HQAN outreach and education, so she’ll be working with many of the quantum-focused faculty and students on campus. She’ll be doing some general physics outreach for the department as well.
