Senior Industry Analyst: Quantum Computing, Quantum Cryptography and Quantum Sensor Markets
Inside Quantum Technology (www.insidequantumtechnology.com) is an industry analysis firm providing coverage of the markets for quantum computers, quantum cryptography and quantum sensors. We publish industry reports and offer trade shows and
conferences that covers the entire field of quantum technology.
We are seeking a Senior Analyst on a full-time or part time basis. PLEASE read carefully to make sure the following applies to you:
- We are seeking someone with at least two years’ marketing or business
development experience in the supercomputer, high-performance computing, or cryptography industries. We would also accept someone with a background as an industry analyst either of these two sectors. We are NOT looking for someone who is a financial or
credit analyst. We are also NOT interested in someone who has only a technical orientation. He or she must understand business and economics.
- A Bachelor-level degree or above is also required and a business degree would be preferred. A good working knowledge of quantum technology is a must.
- Candidates located in the US or Europe would be preferable. Most of the work can be done from a home office, but travel to some trade shows will be required.
- The successful candidate must also understand how to create market forecasts and trend analyses and be an excellent writer.
- Must have permission to work in the US.
Note: this is NOT an engineering or programming position.
The primary task of the new analyst will be to:
- Produce industry analysis reports.
- Carry out demanding custom consulting assignments.
- Present at our industry conferences and analyst days.
- Work with our business development team to help grow the business.
Strong oral presentation abilities, written communication skills, and social media savvy are essential. In addition, a grasp of content marketing in order to develop the analyst’s personal brand and support the business is required.
