Dear MSPQC students,

There are open Teaching Assistant (TA) positions in Spring 2022 in introductory- and intermediate-level physics courses (such as Physics 103, 104, 201, 202, 207, 208, and 307).

Responsibilities: lead discussion and/or laboratory sections; lead review sessions; write, administer, and grade quizzes and/or exams, lab notebooks, homework; hold office hours; meet with course instructors.

Start date: 1/6/22 Training starts: 1/18/22 Classes start: 1/25/22 Position end date: 5/22/22

Time investment:

Available positions are 30% time (average of 12 hours/week of work). If you take a TA position, you have to continue to the end of the semester in May.

Estimated pay: $6765 for the semester (paid out every two weeks)

These TA positions do not include tuition remission.
