Hello MSPQC Students!
Happy Thursday! I’m writing to let you know that UHS is opening up vaccine appointments through the weekend, with pop-up clinics this Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Nicholas Recreation Center. Thousands more appointments will be available next week. Students should schedule an appointment today at go.wisc.edu/myuhshttps://myuhs.uhs.wisc.edu/login_dualauthentication.aspx. Questions about vaccines? Visit https://covidresponse.wisc.edu/covid-19-vaccine-information/#vaccine-eligibi...
The American College Health Association urges students to get their first dose as soon as possible, even if they will be at another location for their second dose. Many retail pharmacies and mass vaccination sites are now able to accommodate people who require only a second dose of the Pfizer or Moderna COVID-19 vaccines, and those sites that do not currently may be more accommodating as vaccine supply increases. UHS will also be able to provide second doses to students.
